The Fine Print



Before you fill your cart, please read the following:
These pieces are handmade in our studio. None of them is “perfect” and we feel the small irregularities and patina add to their character and uniqueness. The piece might also not look exactly like the image (though many customers have told us the actual piece looks better than the picture).
We welcome custom orders. For instance: “I’d like Fiacre #102, but with a leather cord” or “I’m allergic to copper; can you do Brigid #109 in silver?” or “Can you make Luna moth earrings to match necklace #102″ or “Can you make a St. Gertrude #109 with all cats, no butterflies?” Answer: We’d be glad to give it a try (at little or no additional cost, depending on time and materials.) Just contact us. This can take several weeks.
We normally ship (via Priority Mail or FedEx) twice weekly.
If we’re really busy, shipping can be delayed for several weeks. If you need something for a specific date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to get it to you on time. (If we can’t make your deadline, we’ll let you know ASAP and offer you a full refund.) We are still working on a more expeditious way to provide a tracking number. Every order does have one, and we’d be happy email it to you, but the system just isn’t automated yet, so you’ll have to request it. (Sorry for the inconvenience — We ARE working on it.
Shipping/handling charges (to the same address) can sometimes be combined. Please contact us.
We do ship worldwide. Actual time will vary depending upon day of week and geographic region. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you go through the final payment step. (It’s usually about $10.00 additional)
We will be happy to include a gift message (write the message on your order form).
We accept most major credit cards.
If you wish to use a credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, just click on the
button next to the item. (You do NOT need a PayPal account. )

If a piece does not meet your expectations, please email us or call us within 10 days after you receive it and we will issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt of your returned item. We will also send you a postpaid return shipping label.
